چکیده
With the development of a low-carbon economy, zero-energy structures will become prevalent and take center stage in construction industry. This paper uses CiteSpace software to create knowledge maps authors, institutions keywords, then examined commented on research publications regarding buildings order understand state trends buildings. The findings demonstrate that: (1) Since its inception 2000, has advanced significantly; (2) A subject analysis approach is used identify emphasis, four areas with most papers published are energy fuels, building technology, civil engineering green sustainable science technology; (3) China, United States Italy countries activity research; (4) Out eight prominent keywords for study subjects, design buildings, estimation carbon emissions technical challenges follow-up energy-saving measures fundamental topics covered cited papers; (5) There three obstacles zero-carbon buildings: unclear standards, immature technology insufficient momentum. following problems should receive more attention future: how develop widely accepted standard; coordinate national support achieve technological breakthroughs; establishment an effective incentive mechanism at international levels promote

متن کاملA Multi-Scenario Zero-Energy Building Techno-Economic Case Study Analysis for a Renovation of a Residential Building
According to the previous pieces of research, the building sector consumes about 40 % of total yield energy and produce one-third of GHG pollution emission. This point shows the significant potential in two aspects of energy optimization and pollution reduction in this field. The purpose of this research as a case study is to construct a residential building and develop the paths for reaching a...
